Vyvanse And Sleep, Insomnia
UpdatedEveryone reacts differently to medications. For me I've decided concerta is the best because this medication, though supposedly less hard on the body, doesn't let me sleep at all. I've always had a lot of trouble sleeping without adding meds to the mix and this trail was hell for me. I'm not an addict overdosing on the medication either. 40mg and I can't sleep, meaning after a week I'm so burn't out that the medicine doesn't even help because my mind and body are run into the ground. I didn't understand why so many people misuse any of these meds. You are putting yourself in danger of heart problems! I personally don't find any of these meds to be addicting nor do they do much more than help me to have the normal energy level of others. My focus isn't even that much more improved.. I'd much rather find a natural way as I don't like having to depend on pills, or anything else. Maybe that's why I'm not finding the addiction problem. I want to be the one in control of my life, not hand that control over to some substance.
