Is Mosegor Vita good for people who cannot sleep well at night ? I am 77 yrs old and I sleep about 3 hours only every night, so I feel sleepy during day time. Thank you very much.

I'm sorry, this is a supplement, not a medication, therefore little information is known about it.

That said, Salvador, B Vitamins usually provide an energy boost, helping people to wake up, so it's probably NOT a good idea to take at night if you are having problems with insomnia.

I also have no knowledge on where to purchase this product.

Does anyone else know anything?

I tried this kind of vits. coz i have a prob with my sleep routine because of my work back then night and day shift every one week. and it work for me everytime i take this although on a weekend basis only like sat. and the effect on me was i can slept whole day or night without the feeling of hungry but once i wake up i always feel hungry and eat and eat eventually i gain weight from 42 kls. to 48 point something ;) i only stop taking this vit. when i work on a day shift only, because my sleeping routine was back to normal too..its kinda hard to adjust if you work a night shift for a week then the next week you work on a day shift thats why i tried this and totally stop taking this because im gaining weight,.this was 6 or 7 yrs ago,..
