Susten 100 Periods

Hi I'm trying to concieve for the last 6 years. I was pregnant last june, but doc advised me, to go for DNC, bcz fetal has no growth. So we are done DNC. But last month Apr 12 th Lmp, till now no menstruations. Checking the pregnancy test, result was negative. S o consult doc , he gave me susten 100. What is the reason?? Shall I hope any positive
