Hello, Seshu! How are you doing?

I am sure that you are aware that both smoking and drinking aren't good for you. It you have a thyroid disorder requiring this medication, that is hormonal related and both substances will just throw them further out of whack.

As to what other precautions you should take, I can't really help, since you haven't mentioned what you're already doing.
Can you please post back and clarify? Thanks!

Hi...During my first pregnancy we came to know that I have hypothryiod with TSH levels 70 and treated with Thyronorm 100mg and Thyrofit tablet(every Sunday).Later I had a miscarriage and after Biopsy test found that I had lymphocytic thyroiditis. Do I need to undergo any Major Surgery? Please reply.
