I have been on isosorbide mono for 7 years and this year went from 30mg to 60mg. I had a bad headache for a day when I first started it, and when I went to 60mg, it caused a headache for a day and something like the flu for about 10 days. Since then I have been fine.

I have started isosorb mono 30mg ertab weat-ward and am having disabling headaches all over my head. My face feels like all my sinuses are swollen and infected. My nose stops up and runs as well as my left eye. It hurts to lay my head on my pillow. Today is the third day and I don't want to take another. Physican didn't call back today.
