Hi, Squishy!

This tablet contains 25mgs of Quetiapine, you likely had trouble finding an identification due to the fact that it's from Canada.

Quetiapine is an atypical antipsychotic that's used to treat several mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes and sedation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
