Poppyseeds In Urine Test
UpdatedI'm getting drug tested regularly as its part of condition to get my 5 month old baby girl home. Everything was going great until I started failing drug tests for opiates when nearing the end of the assessment but problem was I've taken no drugs only the methadone I'm prescribed but after a process of elimination I worked out it was the bread I was eating, it had poppy seeds in it. I stopped eating the bread around 5 weeks ago on a Friday then from the Monday I've passed rigorous testing which tells me it was the bread which caused my previous failed tests but they tell me now it's impossible for poppy seeds to cause a fail. So to prove my case I'm gonna give a clean sample then eat around 6 slices then do another test to prove the bread was causing me to fail the previous tests, but I need to know how long after ingesting the bread will it take to show in my urine?
