I want to know Dose of Pioz 30 in a day . Pioz 15 Twaice a day is not much efective to me , I want to replace Ensilin 2 ( As it is not suggested by cordiologist

Since my fasting sugar for few days is 200 due to stress can I go for Pioz 30 INSTEAD OF PIOZ15 FOR FEW DAYS to bring down my sugar.
