It's pink with an l score 50 on one side mtr on the other

The first one is a 50mg Metoprolol tablet manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals, but I have not been able to find a listing for the one with the MTR 50 marking.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of urination, and hypotension.

Shell, can you please double check the markings on that tablet and post back?
