@Diana,

From what I've seen, you may actually be the first person to post about Orenitram (treprostinil) on this site, as I have yet to come across any reviews/stories from those with prior experience taking it. However, since you recently started this thread I'm sure other patients out there will be drawn to it in just a matter of time.

If I can be of any help though, one thing I'd encourage first time patients to do is familiarize themselves with all the prescribing information relating to Orenitram, including side effects, how it works, and how long it works for, in order to better understand what affect it's having on your body.

In terms of reviews, everyone responds differently to medications, whereas someone may get great results and others not so much, due to side effects, or tolerance. Therefore the best thing to do in my opinion would be to make a journal of how you feel each day that you take it. That will probably bring more peace of mind knowing if your response to this drug is consistent with what it's intended to be used for, and so forth…

I hope this helps and will look forward to any additional feedback from others who may also have input.
