Hi Olivia, How are you?
Upon researching "opiate inhalers" I'm really not finding any specific details outside of nebulized Narcan (Naloxone); which is actually an opioid antagonist used for treating opioid addiction/overdosing and NOT pain. Apparently it works by reversing the effects of opioids. Though regarding "patches", the only one I know of are Fentanyl patches and those are prescribed for severe/chronic pain.
Just out of curiosity, where did you hear about opiate inhalers?
