I have severe pain in my left shoulder, left arm till my ring finger. I get this pain mainly when im so tensed or stressed out suituation. Sometimes im getting this numbess at the wrist and the fingers too. Now a days the pain the passing to my head and pain is seen only on left side of the head. Doctor has suggested to have nervy plus capsules and injections of nervy plus as i have vit. B12 deficiency. I wanted to know is it safe to have these injections? And also i wanted to know the uses of it in detail and will there be any side effects?
