Take Myoril and a pain killer (yenkin-S) with antacid. However these are only anti-inflammatory so get Physiotherapy for the shoulder and when it gets improved then do regular shoulder exersices

I am suffering from backache since first week of April 2011 for which i consulted Orthopedic who given me myroil plus 4 mg with the advice to take in morning and evening if there is severe pain. I have used 6-7 above tablets continuously. My last date of menses was 8th April 2011 and my next date was due on 5-6 May 2011 since my next date is always two-three days before of my last date. But this time it was not happened as per schedule. I have been very much worried about my date. After my menses last month i have safe sex with my parter but does not know why it has not yet happened. Please let me know it is the side effect of above medicine or otherwise.
