Muscle Swelling
UpdatedHad miniscal knee Surgery June 11. Does a muscle relaxer help reduce swelling? It is swelled from knee to ankle.

No, a muscle relaxant will not do anything to reduce swelling, for that you would usually need a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
