Have u ever seen a pill that is oblong beige ,black letters that say Rufen8, the bottle said Motrin but I am confused never seen them before

Yes, it contains Ibuprofen, like Motrin, and is just another name brand for it.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
