Updated

my father is 85 years some days back he had high bp 100/200 and from the same day he is unable to get up from bed. while on bed he can raise his legs and hands but the moment he tries to get up he is unable to stand. We went for CTscan of brain the finding said the following" CEREBRAL ATROPHY WITH LACUNAR INFARACT IN RIGHT BASAL GANGLIA REGION''
suggest me what medicines will be appropriate for him . he even had no excretions for the last 7 days although he has natural urination he is very weak and shivers while sitting posture
