Kera Gro- I Strongly Do Not Recommend This Product!!

I bought into what I should have known was a lie, that said the bottle of Kera Gro is only $4.97 for shipping and one week after I received it (9/4), I was charged $87.47 on (9/11). I only noticed these charges because my debit card wasn't working and had to check my bank statement. I was not sent a receipt or anything. When I called to ask why, I was placed on hold for an extremely long time. I continued calling that day to cancel and get my money back, which was apparently the last day I was eligible to do this, and yet I still never received an answer. In the midst of this phone call (on 9/11), in which I never received a call back, I continued calling in the middle of arranging my grandmas funeral. I just hung up the phone with the supervisor of the call center at 1-800-247-1897, just 5 days later, (I'm sorry I had to mourn for my grandma and was a little preoccupied that I couldn't call sooner), and she refused to give me my money back. I am not only a college student, but trying to make a living between two jobs. I do not have $87.47 to throw down the drain on a product that still hasn't even done anything! If I was at least given another option or treated with curtosy by the supervisor I would not be writing this review, but I wasn't. This product doesn't even work, and it's not worth it if you have to go through what I went through. Horrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend this product!

Hi Sarah, sorry to hear about your experience with Keragro and their terrible customer service. Their scams seemed to have affected a lot of people, as I noticed several related Keragro discussion threads pop up over the past few weeks with the same type of issue you had. At this point I don't know if there's much you can do to get your money back, but I would still continue to spread word about their greedy schemes in order to help prevent others from making the same mistakes. It might even be a good idea to report them to the Better Business Bureau for an investigation.

Oh my i called to cancell & got nowhere!!! I am soooo disgusted with companies like this. is there a way to recover my my funds?can a company really get away wit robbing hard working people? I called and tried to talk to these people and they keep telling me im argumental just another derogatory statement then hung up on me. if theres any way i can go after them please get back to me with details of recovery. thanks Patricia.
