UpdatedHow can Dilaudid cough syrup be sold over the conters if it has hydromorphone in it. Is this actually true in the u.s or in some other country. If its true does it get you high or just have such a low dose of dilaudid in it that its unabusable which would explain not needing a doc precription to purchase
