Is Fincom1-finasteride Safe To Take?

I'm wondering can i take that med to protect baldness?? I bought this med in online website...

Finasteride can help with male patter baldness, but you shouldn't take it, unless your doctor approves.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, skin rash and unusual weight changes.
