Sorry, could you please double check the imprint? None of the databases list a pill with RX and the number 791, it could be a foreign drug or something over the counter.

I have received the same thing. Supposed to be Simvastatin. Got it from military post pharmacy.

I have checked with the pharmacy I received the RX 791 pills from and they told me that they are Simvastatin.

That also explains why I couldn't find them in the databases, sometimes the military has medications that are exclusively available to them and not out on the general market yet, such as generics before the proprietary patent is expired and etc.
