if I take one hydrocodone 10-325 at noon will it show up in a drug test by 4:00 that afternoon ?

I can't be completely certain as I am not your doctor, but most likely, yes. It is important to note that the length of time following drug use for which a positive result may occur is dependent upon several factors including the frequency and amount of usage, metabolic rate, excretion rate, drug half-life, and the drug user’s age, weight, activity, and diet.

Also, if you do have a drug test coming up, it is important to let the testing facility know that you are taking this medication for a specific purpose prior to the testing. If it doesn't show up then that's great, but if it does then there wont be any surprises.
