How To Change To Micropil
UpdatedI would like to ask.. if i really have to start taking micropil on the 5th day of menstruation? I am taking trust pills this month and i want to change to Micropil. Do i have to wait for The 5th day of my menstration or I can take immediately the 1st tablet of micropil as soon as i have consumed the last ferrous tablet of the trust pill?
