How Long Does It Take For Cytotec For Abortion To Be Effective

Plz tell me how long does it takefor the pilks to be effect tive I took them 20 hours are go but still no change but only period pains am experiancing. Please help

I take cytotec pill without doctors description I almost 2wiks pregnant I take 2tab. At night I'm going to bed 1tab in vaginal and the 1tab. I use sublingual the effect in my body is very light stomach cramping and I feel nausea and I vommit when i wakeup in the morning I see blood in my pads it look heavy but When I change it q little spot in my pads I use 1pads in 1 day the blood gose Out is very very small amount I thinking if my pregnancy is still continue or done? The spotting of the blood is 3days longer! Pls.. Advise me if I have to do a second procedure!!
