Immediately. Same as drinking alcohol or taking an opiate. To pass a urine drug screen you must be off substances anywhere from 2 weeks to 80 hours. Google your substance. It will be helpful.

Some rapid screening urine tests, like you buy at the store, won't even test for Klonopin. But in general a benzodiazepine can be detected in a urine test between 3-7 days. In regards to a hair drug test, a 1.5 inch sample of hair will go back 90 days, but a hair test is meant to show consistent use over time.
