Having Issues Sleeping At Night
UpdatedWhenever I try to sleep, there is always this tendency of me being conscious of my surroundings. Whenever sleep is about to come there is this repealing force in my head that I started noticing 2 weeks ago as a result of a police assault and accident in less than 24hrs. Please I need advice..... I can't wait to sleep normal. The feeling is exhausting.
