Based on my research, an oval white tablet imprinted with "G | G" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as Levocetirizine (5mg).

NOTE: there is a score line in between the two G's.

Levocetirizine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms associated with allergies and hay fever.
