Vit E have no side effect.You can use it but no more then six weeks if you are young.you can use vit e six week in every year.Vitamin E is good for our Hair and Skin also its improve our liver function.If you are young so dont use more than six weeks.it is batter to use evion 400mg after breakfast and cecon 200mg (vit c) for get extra anti oxidant for skin.

I don't think Vitamin E once in a week is going to cause any side effect. I use Evion LC. There is no dosage for this and the image of this drug can be viewed at International Drug Mart.

evion 400 mg can be taken in order to remove the deficiency from the body. it helps in enhancing the colour and texture of the body and face. the best way to follow treatment is to take one capsule after breakfast per day for 21 days and then give the gap of 10 days then repeat the same process. u will find changes within a month. along with capsule if you take lemon water it will do wonders. i have been following this treatment and believe me i have regained my childhood skin and complexion. i am 25 rite now.
