Disulfiram, Placebo?
UpdatedI have had 3 conssecutive disulfiram implants whitch had a great pshycological effect. I did not drink for these 3, 3 month periods. One day after my fourth implant, something overwhelmingly upset me and I turned to the bottle only to discover I had no known side-effects. That was yesterday. Today I am drinking again. I'm not sure what to make of this. In the beginning I truly believed this is the answer.
Now I'm not sure if my doctor is pulling the wool over my eyes or if for some reason my liver still manages to perform its usual duty whilest on treatment.
Is there a proffesional that can please shed some light on this? The lives of many depend on my recovery.
