Coveram Tablet Concern
UpdatedHi...my boyfriend has been prescribed coveram 5/5 since using it he's been getting headache everyday, feeling dizzy and sleepy. Should he keep taking it? He's performance at work has been affected by this. How long does the medication wears off after taking it?

Hello, Maria! How are you and your boyfriend? How long has he been taking the medication?
Those can be typical side effects of it, as listed by the FDA, he may also experience increased urination and hypotension.
Typically, side effects are transient and will improve, then go away entirely, after about 4 to 5 weeks, once his body gets used to the medication.
However, if they do not go away, or if they worsen, he should consult his doctor as he may need to try a different medication.
