Cobal Mecobalamin 500 Mcg

Hello,Good Morning.My problem is: Time to time i forget things,when i am working place.Before four month,i gone to my docter,than he give me the name of cobal mecobalamin 500 mcg. To take every day three time,for three month.I did like he said me.But still i am forget the things when i am working place.So please let me know,if i need to take more some months,cobal mecobalamin 500 mcg ?Or change the medicine?Please help me.I am very thank ful for you.Thank you
