I know... which is why I'm trying to figure out what it is. I was hoping someone out here has seen/heard of the same thing. No pharmacy, not even poison control center has info on it. ???? How can that be???

Because foreign medications are not regulated like those in the U.S. Other countries do not have laws as strict as ours, nor do they have governing authorities like our FDA, so finding information on a foreign medication is very difficult.
On top of that, what may be called by one brand name in one country can be something completely different, although sold under the same brand name, in another country.
I did some more research and found a little more information on it, it is a bronchodilator, by prescription it is used to treat breathing problems, such as those caused by allergies or asthma.
It is actually an anabolic steroid, so it is often commonly used by body builders and others for doping!

Well if it is indeed Clenbuterol, I've done my research and do know all about it. But any and all pictures and descriptions of that drug do not match the pill type I have. I thought perhaps I was getting somewhere with Spiropent, but that proved to be a dead end as well. I really just want to identify this little purple pill... which was thought to be clenbuterol but becoming impossible to prove.

Well that is another problem with foreign drugs, since they aren't regulated like those from the U.S. there are also no comprehensive databases that list the imprints on them.
I really wish I could help more, I do subscribe to several professional databases, so that when I am on here answering people's questions, I can ensure that I provide accurate and updated information. I checked all my databases and my print versions of PDRs and could not find this listed in any of them.
