I was told that there is a current class-action lawsuit concerning co-pays for lorazepam. Can anyone provide me with any info concerning this matter?

I did some research on this lawsuit, and I cannot confirm if it is still underway. There is some information I was able to retrieve that states,
according to the settlement terms, consumers who paid out of their own pocket for the generic drugs Lorazepam or Clorazepate between January 1998 and December 1999 may be entitled to make claims for refunds of up to seventy percent of their expenditures during this period.

I filed a month ago through http://www.badproducts.com and they told me they were collecting more claims in order to file a suit. I would try submitting the free evaluation form with them too. I'm sure all the plaintiffs are just going to be grouped into one large class action.

This must be an old thread - I just received 30 1mg Lorazepam tablets. My co-pay was 26 cents.

Is there a lawsuit against lorazepam? In Jan 2016 my husband committed sucide. I believe it was due to taking or withdrawal from lorazepam. Thank you
