my doctor prescribed Ar-Natal to me during pregnancy and lactation, I noticed the good health during this pregnancy unlike the previous times.
During lactation, i noticed a good amount of milk for my baby.

And that is exactly why such vitamins are prescribed. In many cases, it's very difficult for the mother to take in enough nutrients for herself and the developing baby through diet alone, so it's best to add a supplement to ensure that getting the proper amounts isn't a problem.

So, rest assured that if your doctor wants you to take one, they have the best interests of you and your baby in mind.

However, they are pretty potent, so some women experience nausea, after taking them.
