What should I watch for while taking Gatifloxacin eye solution? Tell your prescriber or health care professional if your symptoms do not improve in 2 to 3 days. Do not wear contact lenses while you are being treated with gatifloxacin eye solution (Zymar™). If your eyes are more sensitive to light, wear sunglasses.
