It's supposed to be an herbal air freshener to enhance your mood. Not really sure what the ingredients are, but they are certainly not pharmaceutical grade.

An archived post stated: "This stuff is awesome. a little bottle of spray, just like the old tanaka.....the old breath spray. Each bottle has 5ml in it. I was told by the guy who sells it, that it will be avail on EBay any day now. I have been paying like $19 each and last a good amount of time. Never counted how many sprays come out of a bottle, but it is small enough to fit in your pocket like a lipstick or a chopstick. A very cool little thing"

Apparently this so called 'Air freshener' product contains a controlled drug
