I found a few round white pills. One side is totally blank and the other side has GG over 66 with a line in the middle, but only half on the side of the letters, not all the way across. I heard it was phenergan and I used to be prescribed those a lot so please help if anyone knows. Thanks.

Google Translate (may not be 100% accurate):

I live in Brazil, and here, Promethazine (Fenergan), is presented as 25 mg yellow and round tablets; it also has the injectable presentation, I.M. or diluted in physiological saline; in spite of having an 'antipsychotic' effect, of the phenothiazines class, and most commonly used as anti-allergy 'tablets and creams', as well as injectable, for bee stings, among other forms of allergic processes, is promethazine, also used, preferably in injectable form, for the reversal of impregnation 'adverse effect of neuroleptics', however, it is known that 'injectable and compressed' Biperidene Hydrochloride are infinitely superior for the combat or neutralization of these symptoms 'adverse effects' produced by neuroleptic 'impregnation', above all; due to the highly sedative action of this drug, is also usually used to potentiate some sleep inducer; even used alone, causes a strong sedation 'sleep', which often exceeds any drug used for this purpose. I believe that it should not be used systematically 'every day', but only in cases of 'weaning', together with the sleep inducing drug, when they have reached the limit of tolerance, that is; high dosages and low effects, relative to the initial dosage 'benzodiazepines, zolpidem, among others. It is worth noting that not all people taking Promethazine will experience exaggerated sleepiness with the use of 25 mg / night.

Google Translate (may not be 100% accurate):

Promethazine, despite being a high-potency anti-allergy, may also be used 'temporarily' as a sleep inducer, sedative, and to prevent travel sickness, or other conditions that may cause nausea.
