I AM 46 AGED MAN AND UNDER AKT4 MEDCATION FOR LAST 15 DAYS, EVERYTHING WAS FINE IN THE BEGINING BUT NOW I HAVE NOTICED RASHES ON MY FACE, ARMS, FOREARMS, THIGHS WHICH IS ITCHY TOO-SPECIALLY IN THE NIGHT BEFORE BED TIME. IS THIS THE REACTION OF MEDICATION, IF SO HOW TO CURE IT OR IT WILL VANISHES WITHOUT TREATMENT AFTER SOME DAYS. THANKS

Hi, Ram! Sorry you developed an allergic reaction, I know those are miserable.

And yes, if you're finished with your course of treatment, then it should go away on its own, but it may take a week or so.

It's really up to you and how bad it is, if the itching is severe and causing you problems, you may want to consult your doctor to see what you can use to help treat it.

But otherwise, as long as there are no danger signs, such as problems breathing, swelling or signs of infection, there's really nothing to worry about.
