round white 5161 ## it has a triangle looking symbol above the numbers 524 ## That symbol is the logo for Andrx Pharmaceuticals. This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. This is a generic for Vicoprofen, a narcotic analgesic. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

prescription from a pain management clinic. Large, white and rounded with 524 ## I am making a very educated guess that this is something called Vicoprofen. This certain pill I think is 7.5 mg Hydrocodone and 200 mg of Ibuprofen. ## correct vicoprofen ##

it is a round white pill with vp and directly under that it has a symbol it looks like a squared off lower case a ## Pill Image This is Vicoprofen, fairly new to the prescription market, like Vicoden but instead of Acetaminophen it contains Ibuprofen. This one contains Ibuprofen 200mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs. These were designed for people who have trouble taking Acetaminophen or who have been taking it far to long but still need an effective narcotic pain reliever.
