UpdatedJust need to know if G74 pinkish tan pill is Verapamil 240mg ER Tab GLE is the same as the Verapamil white pill 73 00, 240mg ER Tab Zenith.

The imprint of G74 is in fact identified to be Verapamil hydrochloride SR (slow release) 240 mg. This pill is manufactured by Glenmark Generics Inc.
Inactive Ingredients in this pill include the following:
silicon dioxide, sodium alginate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, ferric oxide yellow, ferric oxide red, ferrosoferric oxide, hypromelloses.
The manufacturer of the other pill marked 73 00 is noted to be Teva Pharmaceuticals USA (although I know you mentioned "Zenith", this is just what it shows up as on drug databases). Other than the difference in manufacturers, the only other possible difference between the two pills would be the inactive ingredient list in this pill. I was not able to locate the inactive ingredients for it, so I would suggest contacting the manufacturer if you do need to find out.
Hope this helps!
Just got refill on verapamil G74, used to be white now is brown, It gave me a bitter taste and numbness in the back of my throat, also scratchy. The bitterness did not go away and neither has the numbness. I was not notified of this change in base coat.
