VERAMIST NASAL SPRAY

dosage ## For some reason my Insurance company will not approve the product. This is the only one that will work. I have tried many others but Veramist is the best for me. Do you have any kind of coupons? ## To clarify for future viewers of this post. This site does not manufacture, prescribe, nor sell any medications or products, it is an information only website, so it is not in any way affiliated with Veramyst or its manufacturers. It is a nasal spray that contains the active ingredient Fluticasone, which is a steroid class medication that's most commonly used to treat nasal allergy symptoms. Learn more Veramyst details here. Veramyst nasal

I have been using this spray for almost 2 mo. and have developed ringing in my ears(tinnitus) so I stopped it and went to an ear, nose &throat Dr. who told me to go on a low salt diet and resume the Veramyst. Haven't been able to find the tinnutis as a side effect of this drug so I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem with it ## yes, been taking for 1 week now (2 doses each nostril, 1xday) and I've just developed really bad tinnutis in both ears about 20mins after the last dosing. I've never had that before so I'm assuming it is a side-effect. ## Yes, I have had tinnitus for many years due to a bad fall skiing. It recently got much worse and I suspected the Veramyst which I stopped. When I started it again recently the ringing got worse. I'm really int...

hives, rash & fever side effects of veramyst

Our 7 YO daughter has had unexplained hives and rash for over 9 months, treating with hydroxyzine, Zantac, Singulair, and Xyzal. It had mostly cleared up and then she caught a cold so we gave her the recommended dosage of Veramyst. Within 24 hours her hives and rash were back, with fever, swollen feet and hands, and one bloody nose. The last dose was over 3 weeks ago and symptoms are diminishing, but still present (100.1 fever this morning). Has anyone else experienced reactions like this? ## my almost 6yo daughter was placed on antibiotics and veramyst for a sinus infection. She had about 3-4 doses of veramyst during a week's time. I had missed a couple of days of it and gave it to her before bedtime. She awoke a few hours later with intense itching and a rash all over her body. Th...

Aslo have been breaking out on diffffernt areas of my hands wrist forearm and upper arms. Needless to say I quit taking it. Calling Dr. tomorrow. has anyone else experienced this? ## Veramyst contains Fluticasone, which is a corticosteroid and they can cause some serious side effects, including those that you listed. There have actually been several posts about these issues recently. have you talked to your doctor, yet?
