my grand child aged 2 yrs is taking proper food. His weight is 10 kgs.. Can we give Fourts B syrup to him as supplementary diet.

I want to gain weight, I'm a breastfeeding mother. weight 48kg height 5'3". I have tried many ways to gain some healthy weight and although its coming its a bit slow. I know when I stop breastfeeding I'll gain it quicker than I am now but I was just wondering if the Fourts B capsules can help me to gain weight
