I need this medication i am here traveling from EUROPE. ## I'm sorry, but this site does not manufacture, nor sell any medications, this is an information only website. This is available in the U.S. under the name Ursodiol,, however, it does require a doctor's prescription here. You may also need to see a doctor here, if the pharmacy cannot reach your current doctor, since they are from a different country. Are there any other questions or comments?

I have been taking Ursodiol 500 for 1 year now. My prescription can not be filled because my insurance only carries $1200.00 in one year and I use that up in 6 months. I have not had any for 2 weeks. PLEASE HELP I have no prescription coverage for now, ## Have you been prescribed Ursodiol for treatment of (cholesterol) gallstones? If so, I just want to add that there are easy methods for prevention of future gallstones, as well as simple dietary habits that will manage your cholesterol levels. Dehydration is a major probable cause for gallstones. This is easily avoided if you don't drink enough water on a regular basis by consuming more higher water content foods, like fruits and vegetables (more so fruits, because they on average can contain around 70+ percent water, which is exact...

I am getting pain in the chest , may be kliver pain.I want to take udiliv 300, Is it correct medicine ? ## Udiliv contains the active ingredient Ursodiol, it is a secondary bile acid, mostly used to dissolve gall stones. As to whether or not it is the right medication, it is really difficult to say, since a diagnosis cannot be made from just a post on the internet. Have you seen a doctor for this?

WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE USAGE FOR NEFROSAVE AND URSOCOL 300 ## Ursodiol, also known as ursodeoxycholic acid and the abbreviation UDCA, is one of the secondary bile acids, which are metabolic byproducts of intestinal bacteria. Primary bile acids are produced by the liver and stored in the gall bladder. When secreted into the colon, primary bile acids can be metabolized into secondary bile acids by intestinal bacteria. Primary and secondary bile acids help the body digest fats. Ursodeoxycholic acid helps regulate cholesterol by reducing the rate at which the intestine absorbs cholesterol molecules while breaking up micelles containing cholesterol. Because of this property, ursodeoxycholic acid is used to treat (cholesterol) gallstones non-surgically. Nefrosave is manufactured out of India,...

Can anyone please tell me the purpose of this medicine? ## Urdiogem (Ursodeoxycholic Acid) is manufactured in India, so it is difficult to locate detailed information about it in the US drug databases. I did the retrieve the US version of this pill to be Ursodiol (also known as Ursodeoxycholic Acid). Ursodeoxycholic acid helps regulate cholesterol by reducing the rate at which the GI tract absorbs cholesterol molecules while breaking up micelles containing cholesterol. Because of this property, ursodeoxycholic acid is used to treat (cholesterol) gallstones non-surgically. I hope this helps!
