I have been taking Urimax 0.4 for some months now. Though, the medicine has been helpful in passing urine in a relaxed manner and also the flow is good, but a new problem has started. After driving for roughly two hours or so or sitting for two hours or so, then as and when I stand up, my urge to urinate becomes intense and also there is some leakage of drops, if I do not urinate urgently. What can be done and what is the right time to take this or the new medicine prescribed under these circumstances? Also, I am taking Telma 80 H for hypertension in addition to Metformin 1000 + 2mg Glimpyride (distributing it in two doses). In the mornings I feel tired instead of feeling fresh. I am taking Olmezest Ch 20 in the morning and Atorfit cv10 at night; moreover I also take a urimax D daily. Very recently my blood pressure has been fluctuating. Sometimes it goes to 100/55 or 100/60. Should I reduce the dose to Olmezest Ch 10? ## Are you experiencing any symptoms, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, or drowsiness? As reported by the NIH, those levels aren't dangerous, unless they are causing such symptoms. Is this the only medication you are currently taking? Have you consulted your doctor? They are the only person who could give you a definitive answer.

I do suffer from Slip disc since 1991.As age is increasing so the restrictions in movement .Now my waist often gets locked with excruciating pain even in small stooping frontal or side so that even sitting on commode often causes semi lock in waist .Pain mainly on left side in waist ----rt side leg a bit insensitive .I am 69 Male ,suffer from Diabetes type 2,Stent in cardiac artery,strong dementia .I also take Urimax D,Aspirin 150,Clopidogrel 75,Rosuvastatin 20,SitaGliptin 50x2 ## It would actually be a good idea to look at the side effects of your current medications, because it could be one of them making the situation, such as the Rosuvastatin, according to the U.S. FDA. Rather than adding more medications, it might be better to speak to your doctor about switching to a different one...

I was taking Omnic T (0.4mg) and T. Proscar (0.5mg) for two years in Muscat. Avodart taken instead of T.Omnic due to not available.Doctor prescribed Tamsulosin and T.Dutas and Himplasia from India. Oman Doctor advised to take Tamsulosin, T.Dutas and Himplasia daily. In India doctor advised to take only UrimaxD Now I am taking only UrimaxD and Himplasia each everyday.I want to know whether T.Dutas also required to take along with other 3-medicines.Please advise.

I m 35 years male and suffering from kidney stone 4mm and uratus stone 4 mm. Doctor has started this tablet from 07 Dec 2015 and has advised me to drink 5-6 ltrs of water. I m drinking 8 ltrs water daily. U want to know. That how stones will come out. Whether they will dissolve in urine and will come out through urine way or the stone only will come out. How long it will take. Weather beer helps in treatment or not. Please intimate me. Is there any other option available other than surgery ## Drink lemon water and think about it it comes out in urine. I don't know if the medication will make it go all the way away . For about 7 yrs, I was prescribed Urimax-D; this resulted in increased urination and double breast - an annoying change. Now I am given Silodel 8 mg - OD. I am a chronic asthma, OA (severe knee pain, lower back pain, pelvic joint pain and weakness. I have mild kidney impairment and PPI with syncope.

I have enlarged prostate. I have been using urimax 0.4. The flow of urine is OK but no improvement in frequency. I have to go 4-5 times during night. Please advise whether I should switch over to urimax D. My age is 65 years. ## I have been using Urimax 0.4 mg daily after breakfast. My condition has improved. When I asked Dr. A. Pal FRCP how long I should use it , he said :L 100 years if I don't change the medicine.

I used Urimax f for six years. Five months back doctor changed my meficine to Flotral D instead of Urimax. Chemist giving me Afdura as substitute of Flotral D. Please advise if Flotral D and Afdura are same and what are their side effects. Secondly can I comtimue Afdura or Flotral D for a long period since before this I took Urimax for six years. I have enlarged prostrate for last 5 yrs. In Sonography its size varied from 22 to 44 gms. Recently I have started very urgent urge to urinate, though quantity of urine is not much. I do not find difficulty in passing urine though. I am also having high blood pressure fro which I am taking Amlopress AT, Tozaar R-5 , Arkamin thrice, and Tide 10 mg. Suffering from benign prostrate problem with enlarged prostrate. Doctor has prescribed Urimax as well as Urimax D. Sir I am S.N.Phukan 55 years old man. My prostrate is enlarged to 41 gr. Previously I took silofast-8 now doctor changed it to urimax-D at bed time. I took also Olmezest-20 for blood sugar. I am also a heart patient. This year 25th September placed a pace maker in my heart before placing pace maker I was fall down and injured in my nose. I took also ecosprin-150 and atorva-20mg for heart. How long I will take urimax-D. To day my fasting blood sugar is 199. I am 69 yrs. I have prostat enlargement. Urine flow was restricted. Doctors advised urimaxd 4mg. For the last 1 yr ,I have been using. The urine flow has improved. I was diagnonised tender DRE GR II BPH in Jan.2012.
