Tri- Sprintec Dosage
UpdatedI just got a prescription for Tri Sprintec. Last Thursday was my last day of my cycle. Which pill do I start taking now since I already had my cycle?

Hello, Megan! How are you?
You can actually start it at any time, unless your doctor gives some reason why you cannot, but if you start it when you are not on your period, you'll need to use a back up method of protection for the first full 7 days, because it will take that long to become effective and prevent pregnancy.
Is there anything else I can help with?
How do I know if I need sprintec or not and what if I dont what side effects could occur
