I have had a shower when I got up and when I got out the shower I was still on my period ? Shouldn't my period stop when I'm taking these pills ?

Hello, Georgia! How are you?

No, they may shorten the duration of your period, but they won't stop it that fast.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms.

Is there anything else I can help with?
