Do I need to take Angelique with meals or at certain time of the day?

No, not necessarily, but taking it will food may help minimize some of the side effects it can cause, such as nausea and dizziness.

And you should try to take it around the same time each day, basically keeping each dose as close to 24 hours apart as possible.
