I need to know what kind of pill this is. It is round, white, and about the size of a dime. It has a line through the center, with IP at the top and 271 at the bottom. I found a large, white, oval-shaped tablet. On the side of the tablet that is scored, there is the letters and numbers SZ 286. large oblong white pill no markings or letters just mark to break in half. please email results & info ## Without any markings, I cannot possibly confirm what it is, however Suxprim from Mexico is supposed to contains Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim. This is commonly prescriebed in the US under the brand name Bactrim, it is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do. ## My 4 yr old is taking the liquid form for UTI. She was up all night, with lots of energy and in a good mood. I think that is where the sleeplessness side effect proved true for us. She's also been up 2 of six nights vomiting. The DR said we can try finishing up the round to see if it took care of teh UTI, so I hope it's worth it!
