Spinal 7.5 Mg Converted To Oral Equivalent
UpdatedI had a Medtronic pain pump removed (long story) and don't know what the oral equivalent of the 7.5 mg I was receiving in my spine to what an oral dose would be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Suffering in severe agony!
