Hello, May! How are you?

Is it a very tiny pill?

There is a tablet manufactured by Novast Laboratories that matches this description. It's one of the inactive tablets from a package of oral contraceptives called Wera.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms.
