Side Effects Of Medicine Eptoin

my son is suffer with epilepsy by birth now he is 32. he is taking eptoin daily for last 32 year. now he is feeling pain in his ribs. bon specialist tell, eptoin has damage his bons and eptoin has create loss of vitamin D and A also.please tell us is it tru.

my son take epilexy and eptoin but no any recovery till now. please suggest us any other drug or hurb.

my mother had an accident &sustain head injury on last march 2010. there was blood clot in side head , surgery done . and doctor have prescribed eptoin100mg(morning and night). last week she had mild dissorianted at morning time . bp was normal. but after 15 minute she became normal. we are affraid that weather she have any midicine sideeffect which she has been taking eptoin since last year after surgery. should i do any blood test for to find about phenotoin level in bood. please give me reply

What has his doctor advised? Are they having him supplement this nutrients?
